This very interesting/bizarre electro-industrial-something or other.. Weird noises from a Japanese mental institution. That last part is pure speculation. As far as i know this is one guy paying all the instruments and doing all the vocals. Check it out! If you're into oddball 80's stuff, this should be right up your alley.
